1. What Tilt is

Tilt is a self-custodied iOS trading app for Hyperliquid perpetuals. Your private keys are generated on your device and never transmitted to our servers. We cannot access your funds or recover lost keys.

2. Information we collect, and how

• Trade data — coin, direction, size, leverage, stop loss, take profit, and optional thesis. Collected when you enter a trade in the app. Used to power the AI review call and to place your order on Hyperliquid.
• Call voice audio — collected from your microphone only while you are on a call, with your permission. Processed in real time to run the conversation; call recordings are not stored.
• Optional biometric voice clone — only after separate, explicit opt-in, a short recording is sent through Tilt's backend to Cartesia to create a synthetic voice that sounds like you. Cartesia stores the resulting voice model until you remove it from Vault. Tilt stores only its identifier on your device and does not retain the source recording.
• Trading history and rules — trade outcomes, verdicts, closed-position results, and the trading rules you write. Stored locally on your device and sent to our AI service during calls so the agent can reference your history.
• Wallet address — your public Hyperliquid address, used to fetch account state, balances, and positions. Never your private key.
• Usage analytics — anonymous events (screens visited, funnel steps, call outcomes) tied to a random device identifier. No name, email, or contact details are collected.
• Push tokens — if you consent to AI calls, a VoIP push token so Future You can call you (for example, your scheduled morning check-in).

3. AI processing and your consent

Tilt's core feature is an AI voice call. Before your first call, the app shows a consent screen describing exactly what is shared. No call happens, and no data is sent to AI services, until you agree. During a call the following is transmitted through our backend to the services below: your live voice audio, the trade under review, your written trading rules, your recent trading history, and summary statistics about your trading record.

• Google (Gemini) and Anthropic (Claude) — language-model providers used to reason about your trade and produce the agent's responses. Gemini is the primary provider and Claude may be used as a fallback. Google privacy policy · Anthropic privacy policy.
• Deepgram — converts your speech to text in real time. Privacy policy.
• Cartesia — converts the agent's responses to speech and, if you separately opt in, creates and stores your biometric voice clone. Privacy policy.
• LiveKit — carries the real-time audio between your device and our backend. Privacy policy.

These providers process data solely to deliver the call and are bound by their own privacy policies, linked above. We do not permit them to use your data for advertising.

4. Other third-party services

• Hyperliquid — trades and withdrawals execute on the Hyperliquid L1 and are publicly visible on-chain, as with any blockchain.
• PostHog — anonymous product analytics. Privacy policy.
• Apple Push Notification service — delivers incoming-call notifications.

5. Data storage and retention

Your journal, rules, keys, and cloned-voice identifier are stored locally on your device (encrypted secure storage; keys optionally sync via your personal iCloud Keychain). Our servers keep only: your anonymous device identifier, push tokens, analytics events, and short-lived call session data. Call audio and voice-clone source recordings are not retained by Tilt. If you opt into voice cloning, Cartesia retains the resulting voice model until you remove it from Vault.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with the processors listed above, solely to deliver the features described.

7. Your choices

• Decline AI consent — the app's market data and wallet features work without it; calls stay off.
• Revoke microphone access anytime in iOS Settings.
• Remove your cloned voice in Vault — Tilt sends a permanent deletion request to Cartesia and removes the local identifier only after that request succeeds.
• Delete the app — local data is destroyed; ask us to delete server-side analytics by email.

8. Children

Tilt is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
